Refund and Returns Policy

Returns:

If the product does not meet your expectations you are welcome to send it back to us for a refund. If the product was correctly supplied a 30% handling fee will be charged. Returned products will only be refunded if it is in a perfect, unused, resell able condition, complete in its original packaging.

If a product failed or there is a defect and you return it within 7 days of purchase, we will replace it with a new one IF you return it with your invoice and in its original packaging and all the little bits and pieces are there.

After 7 days we will take it in and evaluate it before replacing or refund.
If you are not close by a shop you can courier us the product, we will evaluate it and if it is a valid claim we will send you a replacement at our cost or give you a refund.

If the product in question has been discontinued we will give you a full refund.

Refunds:

We are able to offer you a refund or exchange if the item is faulty and we will pay for the shipment back to us. However, if you would like to return the product because you changed your mind, the return postage is at your own expense. The product must be in the original box with the original packaging unopened and sealed. We will check all returns before the refund or exchange is issued.

A 30% handling charge will be issued for goods not being returned with their ‘original’ packaging, cables, screws, brackets or any other components that were originally supplied with the product.  This also applies for defective goods younger than 30 days.
