Material:
ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene): Front transparent fluoropolymer film. UV-resistant, anti-soiling, durable against weathering.
EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate): Encapsulant layer. Bonds solar cells to outer films and absorbs mechanical stress.
CELL: The photovoltaic cells themselves (usually crystalline silicon).
EVA: Second encapsulant layer. Provides electrical insulation and mechanical cushioning on the back side.
TPT (Tedlar-PET-Tedlar): Backsheet. Provides moisture barrier, electrical insulation, and protection against UV and mechanical damage.
