Spare Wheel Valve extension – 1,000 mm

Flexible braided spare wheel extension pipe for tyre valve
Use this spare wheel extension pipe to extend the valve of your spare wheel so you do not have to remove the wheel to check the pressure or pump the spare wheel.

WARNING: Be carefull that the shavings do not scratch the paint work, you will note on the pictures below that I did not think of that, do not make the same mistake.

Remove burrs at front and back and paint with metal primer and then paint. I use an ear but, that way you do not have to clean a brush, makes it easy.

Turn the one nut on so that about 17 or 18mm of the thread stand proud.

Now add the one washer

Put the fitting of the valve extension tube in place, add the front washer and nut and secure the nut with no. 12 spanner.

That is it, you can now just add a valve cap to the valve.
