5.5mm Thread, thus you will need 6mm hole. The thread is 9mm long and nut plus washer is 3mm thick, you can fit it in max 5mm thick material.
Dimensions: 13mm Wide, 12mm long and total height is 33mm. Switch body is 10mm high.
