Rivnut Installation Tool M6
The M6 Rivnut Installation Tool provides a simple and cost-effective way to install M6 rivnuts (nutserts) without the need for expensive rivnut pliers.
Designed for occasional use and workshop applications, it creates strong threaded mounting points in thin materials where access to the rear of the panel is not possible.
To install, thread the rivnut onto the tool, insert it into the pre-drilled hole, hold the hex body with a spanner and tighten the centre mandrel using an Allen key. This action compresses the rivnut behind the panel, creating a secure threaded fixing point.
Ideal for automotive, 4×4, trailer, canopy and fabrication projects. Suitable for use with steel, aluminium, fibreglass and plastic panels.
